Notre Dame de Bon Port Fête
The rich traditions of this seaport town mean that they enjoy four days of celebration during the Fête de Notre Dame de Bon Port festival. Honouring the Virgin Mary, this event is organised by the mariners of Antibes to thank her for her protection whilst at sea. Expect lots of processions through the town.

Nuits du Sud Festival
This festival will not take place in 2023, but will return in 2024.

Bastille Day
Bastille Day is celebrated across the whole of France with a bang. Well, several bangs in fact, as fireworks always feature heavily. The Bay of Antibes and Juan les Pins will put on a spectacular fireworks show with lights and sound on the evening of the 13th and the 14th. More than 10,000 people are expected to attend.

Things to Do

Jazz à Juan Festival
The month of July is filled with music from various countries and in a variety of settings. The famous Jazz à Juan Festival kicks off mid-month, so get ready for some top music on the Côte d'Azur. Even if jazz isn't your thing, the atmosphere around this event is electric – one not to be missed this summer.

Festival de Saint Paul de Vence
Classical music fans also have an unmissable event in July, the Festival de Saint Paul de Vence. Taking place in several iconic locations around this Riviera town, including the Place de la Courtine at the foot of the castle walls, or the Fondation Maeght in between sculptures made by Miró, this festival celebrates chamber music.

Promenade en Fete, Cagnes sur Mer

Bars & Clubs

One thing's for sure, you won't have far to go to find a cold glass of rosé to take the heat out of the day, whatever you've been up to. A variety of bars, clubs and port side restaurants will happily welcome you with live music, acoustic sets and much more.

The beach club is a quintessential South of France experience, and you can find them here, from the uber-swanky to the family friendly ones, they range in character and price, so pick one that suits your tastes and budgets.
