A new art installation by Italian sculptor David Rivalta in the streets and on the beaches of Antibes has brought wild animals into the small yachting port town.

The life-size sculptures were installed last Friday (23rd June 2017) in and around the old town of Antibes and will remain in place until Sunday 17th September 2017. The artist, Davide Rivalta, is known for his animal sculptures made of aluminium, bronze and fibreglass. Very natural works, with neutral tones and raw shapes, they give an impression of reality and as though the animals are approaching you.

Wolves, buffalo, cheetah, bear, eagle, rhinoceros and a white horse play hide and seek in the streets of Old Antibes. Recent pictorial works, also by the artist are on display in the Cultural Space of the Arcades.
