Enjoy a culinary experience at this fine dining restaurant, Les Pêcheurs. It offers a creative cuisine that deftly blends flavours and fragrances from throughout the French Riviera.

Born in Nice, the new Chef Nicolas Rondelli surfs with real virtuosity between the French gastronomic tradition and a highly authentic Mediterranean repertoire. He also enjoys treating his guests to a little escapism by concocting dishes with a touch of exotism. A former pupil of Alain LLorca and Francis Chauveau, Nicolas Rondelli succeeds in enhancing the richness of fresh local products with a devouring passion.

The menu has a select number of dishes in each section (starters, meat and seafood mains and desserts) which change with the seasons. The restaurant offers a 6 course tasting menu for €125. Prices are not cheap but certainly reflect the quality of the food.

The restaurant is open for lunch from the beginning of April until mid October and for evening meals June to mid-September.

Featuring a panoramic terrace, this gourmet restaurant invites each guest to enjoy an amazing meal. Characterised by the marriage of spectacular views towards the Mediterranean coast and refined gastronomic creations, Le Saint-Martin offers an unforgettable experience.

Drawing inspiration from regional and seasonal products, chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois combines every dish with a specific flavour. The sommelier, Géraud Tournier, selects and offers among the best vintages of his cellar. Finally, the talented pastry chef Eve Moncorger offers delicious desserts for both the palate and the eyes.

Open daily from 22 April - 14 October.

Breakfast: 7:30am-10:30, Lunch: 12:00-14:00 (when L'Oliveraie is not open), Dinner: 19:30-22:00.

Their traditional dining room can accommodate up to 55 diners, and there is a large 100 m2 terrace for another 60. The perfect place to enjoy the sun of the French Riviera.

Located a few meters from the steep streets of the village of Biot, the restaurant is housed in an authentic pottery from the sixteenth century. 

Retaining much of its charm with its old beams and old stone inside has a rustic-chic atmosphere, and in the summer the terrace is alive with flowers and a pergola of vines, when this green oasis is the ideal place for a gourmet dinner.

The restaurant headed by chef Michael Fulci offers a kitchen full of flavour and delicacy with a touch of Provence.

Open from Friday to Tuesday from 12:00 to 23:00. Lunch is served from 12:00-13:30.

Located in Villeneuve Loubet's swanky marina, this restaurant serves the creations of chef Eugénie Béziat, born in Gabon.

Eugénie Béziat offers a menu crammed with delicious gems, based on seasonal, fresh produce cooked with exceptional skill. According to her, the menu "is a showcase of what I can do, a glimpse of my culinary skills. Regarding the menus, my compositions are based on locally-available produce. The sea and land offer us what they want. Nowadays, it makes absolutely no sense to decide on a meal and to try to obtain it at any cost. The quintessence of my work and beliefs is the absolute contrary to that: we are constantly adapting to the deliveries of the day."

There are two tasting menus available, which can include wine pairings and cheese, as well as a great value lunch menu served from Tuesday to Friday except for bank holidays. The restaurant also boasts a pleasant terrace and a bar, Salon Martin's. Valet parking available in front.

Closed on Saturday for lunch, on Sunday for dinner and on Monday all day.
