Destination Saint Valentine in Antibes

The shopping district association of 'Antibes Coeur d'Azur' will be creating a romantic atmosphere in Antibes this weekend and offering couples a special Valentine's Day treat.

This free and rather romantic service will see the shops and sales representatives handing out 'boarding passes' to members of the public. These boarding passes will then allow couples to attend a photocall where they can get their picture taken to help them remember their special day together in Antibes.

The 'photocall' uses a device that captures fun pictures of you and your partner, and can be decorated with colours and images, making it a romantic image filled with hearts and flowers. As well as the photographic reminder of your time together, couples will also get a little box of chocolates made by the chocolatiers of Antibes (Cottard and Au Palais de la Friandise) or a gift of a small soap from Comptoir des Soap.

The Photocall will take place in two locations over the weekend. On Saturday 13th February, from 10:00 to 19:00, at the place de gaulle, in front of the supermarket and on Sunday 14th February, from 10:00 to 13:00, at the covered market place, in front of the hotel de ville (town hall).

So make sure you check in local shops, and watch out for representatives touring the streets on segways, so that you can claim your boarding pass to Destination St Valentine in Antibes.
