In a star-studded ceremony in Portugal at the 3rd annual World Golf Awards, the Royal Mougins Golf Resort took the award for France's Best Golf Hotel 2016.

With twelve other nominees in the category, the Royal Mougins Golf Resort was the clear winner. A resort filled with history, elegance and excellent service, situated in the heart of the warm Mediterranean climes of the Cote d'Azur. Other awards of the evening went to Sir Nick Faldo, taking the prestigious title of Golf Course Designer of the Year. Also celebrating was England’s The Belfry, recognised as Europe's Best Golf Hotel, while Quinta do Lago took the title of Europe's Best Golf Venue.

There are a wealth of golf courses along the French Riviera and with the mild climate throughout the winter months there is never a bad time to play a round here!
