Using only fresh and seasonal produce, chef Daniel Ettlinger changes his menu daily based on what is available. He creates imaginative dishes that showcase local ingredients.

Their traditional dining room can accommodate up to 55 diners, and there is a large 100 m2 terrace for another 60. The perfect place to enjoy the sun of the French Riviera.

Open from March to mid December.
