Sting & son at Jazz a Juan 2017
Touring with son, Joe Sumner, Sting plays in Juan les Pins
Last night saw musician, singer, songwriter, and actor, Gordon Sumner, play alongside his son, Joe, at the 2017 Jazz a Juan Festival.
Better known to most as the artist, Sting, Gordon Sumner has been entertaining audiences across the globe for some forty years. Originally the lead singer of the rock band, The Police, Sting has celebrated a glittering solo career with music that spans the genres of rock, jazz, reggae and even classical. It seems that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree either as his son, Joe Sumner, has embarked on a world tour with Sting.
Part way through their trip around the globe the pair dropped into Antibes Juan les Pins last night to perform at the Jazz a Juan Festival 2017. After touring through Germany, Italy and Croatia they will be back in the South of France to perform at Les Soirees de la Citadelle in Saint Tropez on 29th July 2017.
