Nestled within five hectares of natural beauty, Le Manoir de l’Étang blends elegance with tranquillity. Surrounded by terraced gardens, the 19th-century manor invites guests to relax on sun-drenched patios, take a dip in the inviting pool, or savour refined dishes prepared by the on-site chef. Each of the twenty-two spacious, air-conditioned rooms is tastefully appointed, many with serene views over the pond and rolling hills. Fine details such as Egyptian cotton sheets and plush bath linens reflect the hotel's dedication to guest comfort. For deeper relaxation, fitness sessions, massages, and personalised beauty treatments can be arranged. Every element at Le Manoir de l’Étang is designed to make your stay feel effortless, restorative, and filled with understated luxury.
The pool
The outdoor swimming pool is situated amongst the olive trees at the back if the manor house. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and sun parasols, with some shade being given by the nearby trees.
The Restaurant
At the helm of the kitchen at the restaurant at Le Manoir de l’Étang is Chef Ljubo Stanojevic, whose passion for refined, seasonal cuisine is rooted in his experience at top gastronomic restaurants and luxury hotels. His menu showcases fresh, local ingredients through creative takes on classic dishes - think home-made foie gras with tomato chutney, sea bream carpaccio with yuzu and coconut milk, or rack of lamb. Finish with indulgent homemade desserts like chocolate fondant, crumble or pavlova.
