Set across three levels, the ground floor of Maison Belle is spacious and open plan, with stylish décor and glass doors that seamlessly connect to the gardens and pool terrace. Designed with attention to detail, the space ensures a comfortable and memorable stay. The principal bedroom on the ground floor enjoys a luxurious en suite bathroom that overlooks the garden. Upstairs, two additional double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offer a peaceful retreat. The lower floor features a funky den and games area that teens and children will love, along with a fourth bedroom and bathroom.
The enclosed grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature lemon and fruit trees, as well as fragrant plants like lavender and jasmine. A superb terrace area with quality garden furniture provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining, while the pristine private pool is ideal for relaxing under the sun.
The villa is ideally located for those who enjoy exploring the outdoors, with lovely walks directly from the house into the surrounding hills. The medieval hilltop village of Biot (1km) is within walking distance, offering a variety of eateries and shops. A short drive will take you to Antibes (8km), with its charming city centre, beautiful beaches, and chic marinas. For those wanting to explore the Côte d'Azur, the glamorous cities of Cannes (17km) and Nice (20km) are easily accessible. Nice, with its famous Promenade des Anglais, offers a spectacular 7km stretch of palm-lined coastline. The international airport at Nice is just 22km away.

A few months before his death in 1955, artist Fernand Léger acquired a farmhouse at the foot of the village of Biot. It was here that his widow Nadia Leger, decided to create a museum to honour him and showcase his life's work.
