From the parking at Plage de la Garoupe take the coastal path east and follow it until just after Villa Eilenroc.
The trail then heads north inland, along the Avenue Mrs Beaumont.
At the intersection take a right along Avenue Tour Gandolphe, then follow the road until you hit the large Avenue Andre Sella lined with car parking spaces.
Follow this road back to the coast and the start of the walk.
