This luxury guest house offers a panoramic view over the city, coastline and the sea, secluded terraces and garden with sun from sunrise to sunset and is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Vence.
Nestled in the hills above Nice, near Saint-Paul-de-Vence, this stunning villa offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean to the south and the snow-capped Italian Alps to the north. Ideal for large groups, it’s the perfect place to gather, celebrate, or explore. The property is conveniently located near the beach, vibrant cities like Nice and Cannes, as well as charming medieval villages, museums, markets, and more.
The estate consists of a main villa and a separate cottage, accommodating 17 to 20 guests across four spacious suites and four double ensuite bedrooms. The multi-level grounds are filled with activities, including a large saltwater pool, tennis court, pétanque court, and a vast covered terrace featuring an outdoor bar, fireplace, and grill.

The world-famous painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir lived at La Ferme des Collettes with his family from 1907 until his death in 1919. Renoir moved to Cagnes-Sur-Mer in the hopes that the warm climate would improve his arthritis, which eventually confined him to a wheelchair. The house in which he spent the last 12 years of his life is set in a beautiful estate full of citrus and olive trees, looking out along the coastline all the way to way to the Cap d’Antibes.
This museum was set up by outstanding chef Auguste Escoffier who worked as head chef at the Savoy in London. He founded this museum which is dedicated to culinary art.

La-Colle-sur-Loup is a pretty medieval village just down the road from the more famous Saint-Paul-de-Vence. It's much more tranquil, retaining a quiet charm that makes a wander around very pleasant.
Haut Cagnes is the perched medieval village that overlooks the resort, and is home to the famous Renoir House and the Grimaldi Castle, two of the area’s most popular attractions.
