This beautiful, newly renovated villa is located in a very quiet, private, gated domain on the Cap d’Antibes and yet only a few minutes walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants of Juan les Pins.
The villa is set in landscaped gardens, with private pool and extensive areas for relaxing, sunbathing and eating. The main house has 3 double bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs is open, spacious and sociable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with two fridges, freezer, two dishwashers and induction hob. The large dining area has seating for 12 and there is a cosy sitting/television area. Four sets of double doors open out on to the terrace and gardens.
The terrace has a large table for dining, seating 12 people. There is a large sunbathing area around the swimming pool, with both sunbeds and sofas and a smaller terrace with sofas, so it is always possible to find a quiet corner to relax.
The annexe at the other side of the garden, houses two separate, very spacious studios, each with a large bathroom. Outside, the annexe has its own terrace and sitting area, offering an independent area to relax and additional privacy when required.
