Eloi Villa, Biot
4 bedroom Villa in Provence. Sleeps 8
Taking full advantage of its elevated position, Villa Eloi boasts sweeping panoramic views over the hilltop village of Biot and the surrounding countryside towards the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. This far reaching vista can be enjoyed from the terraces and balconies as well as poolside of this elegant villa, which has been designed with easy summer living in mind.
A spacious open-plan living and dining room welcomes you upon arrival. Large glass doors frame the stunning views, while a carefully considered mix of plump sofas, a marble table, tiled floors, and an ivory colour scheme creates a comfortable yet luxurious atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and is just a few steps from the outdoor dining area.
Throughout, the high quality of furnishings, facilities, and decor stands out. Thoughtful design continues outdoors with fully enclosed grounds, a lawn, and a gated pool area, where outdoor sofas and loungers surround the large pool. Just off the living room terrace, the jacuzzi offers an enticing spot to relax in the evening as the lights of the village begin to twinkle.
Biot (3.5km), known for its colourful bubble glass, is home to galleries, workshops, and museums, adding to its creative charm. The village’s artistic atmosphere and vibrant energy are perfect for exploring.
With the coast only 6km away, a day at the beach is a must. Children will love the waterslides and pools at Aquasplash (6km), while adults may prefer wandering through the chic shops and restaurants in the old centre of Antibes (10km).
The allure of Nice (24km) never fades. A quick 30-minute train ride from Biot station takes you to the heart of this lovely city. The train continues to Menton, famous for its exotic gardens and citrus fruits, and to Ventimiglia in Italy, allowing you to explore further afield.
